Tic Toc...

Our trip is rushing nearer and nearer. We're just 9 days from boarding the plane that will begin our journey. The excitiement and anticipation is building! As the mission God has prepared for us grows nigh, our need of prayer grows ever greater. Here are some specific prayer requests that you can offer up on our behalf:
· Pray that effects of jet lag will not hamper our efforts in any way.
· Pray for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health of our team.
· Pray that the team would exhibit camaraderie, love & grace, and seek to put other’s needs before our own.
Pray that our unity would be a living testimony to all.
· Pray for the spiritual preparation of our team and of all who we will be ministering to.
· Pray that all elements of the VBS (teachers, lessons, activities, etc.) would be effective.
· Pray that our team will step out of our comfort zones and faithfully & boldly minister when opportunities a
rise for one-on-one evangelism, sharing public testimonies, preaching, etc.
· Pray that many lives will be changed forever by beginning a relationship with Jesus Christ and that they would get involved and be discipled through the local church.
· Pray for Pastor Wambua and other local leaders/ministries that we will be working with.
· Pray for Mrs. Emma, as she travels from South Africa to meet us and work with us for in Kenya.
· Pray for the IMB missionaries that we will meet and their ministries.
· Pray for Jon and Becky Woodworth, missionaries in the village of Gatab.
· Pray for the meeting that will take place between some of our team members and Lesley Liboi, a child that
the FBC youth group has been sponsoring through Compassion International.
· Pray for safety and wisdom through out the trip.

· Pray for our families that will remain here as we go.
· Pray that we will be open to see what God is doing, that we will be willing to jump in & participate, that we
will not get in the way with our own agenda, and that God will use weak vessels like us, to show His surpassing greatness.
